I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi in Nov 2010
Interview
There are two runs of interview. First round held in Campus, one HR staff and an analyst, mainly walk through the resume and ask behavior questions. First round in Citi's headquarter, four 1:1 interviews...very stressful. The first person focus on your analytical skills, second on coursework. Third on situation. Fourth interview is a stress one, the interviewer kept asking stressful questions, like what is your failure, describe your mistake, wrong direction in project....
