Introduce yourself. No time limit. Ask questions about preferences (salary, location, visa status, etc) Ask technical questions about programming language such as SAS and SQL. Any questions about the position or the department.

Interview
Citi called my at noon suddenly and asked for a phone interview. He asked me to tell something about myself, when will I be available and graduate, if I need a sponsorship, the expectation of compensation. However, I missed some other questions. He would pass the information to HR. I am still waiting for the response now.
The interviewers (there were three of them in total) were very nice and they seemed approachable. They mainly focused on asking analytical questions to see how you handled certain situations.

Interview
Face to face interview, Nice interview however results were discussed in corridor with HR, along with name of candidate, from where everyone can listen. That was the part I liked the most because not only one should tell others weakness but should display them in public. Really nice and new. Appreciate their time and effort.
