Interview
I applied though my career center at school and then had 1 on campus interview. This was followed by two on site interviews. They want to know why you want to work in compliance and how good you are with writing as well as manipulating data. Also, this is a very team based job (everyone succeeds or fails together) so make sure to note that you are good at working with teams and do not have any issues completing work on time.

What was a time that you had to work with a large amount of data.
started with a case interview which is to assess your analytical and critical thinking skills. Mainly behavioral questions on what you would do in certain situations. Nothing very complicated. Just be yourself.

Firstly HR message with questions, then quick call with HR and later interview with 2 managers. Interview took around 1 hour. Everyone was very nice, questions were related to the role

Interview
The HR manager contacted me before the interview, and there were 2 female interviewers during the interview. Both of them were quite nice throughout the whole interview process. Everything was ok and it took around 30minutes.
