Interview
They have interview events where they are giving you up to 4 interviews in a day. Usually you would meet with someone along the hiring chain answering questions about the role etc. Then a technical interview, another up and finally another level up. This can be a gruelling experience but they prepare you for the expectation of this format.

The process is simple. 3 rounds of system designs where every interviewer wants to understand the thought process of designing the system. Interviewers are mature in giving comfort to intervee
L1: technical interview. Asked questions starting from OOPS to design patterns. Design thinking etc.
L2: Tech + Manager
Again technical interview, some questions on Agile, project management, challenges etc.
L3: Sr, Manager/BU Head interview.
