Clio Software Developer interview questions

It was such a smooth interview experience. The recruiter (Karman) was so helpful all throughout and gave me a glimpse of the friendly culture at Clio! The interview process with Karman and all the interviewers definitely convinced me that I want to join the team! Super grateful, and I wish all interviews were like that!

The interview process at Clio was well-organized and respectful. It started with an initial HR screen, followed by a technical session that included two back-to-back 60-minute interviews: one for pair programming and the other for system design. The pair programming exercise was a collaborative console-based task using CoderPad, focused on problem-solving and communication. The system design portion involved building a simplified version of Google Drive and required discussing architectural tradeoffs.
