Recruiter was great and responsive, had a couple calls with her. Actual interview had a lot of abstract questions rather than specifics about my experience and skills. They were a bit delayed in getting back to me with their decision.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cloud for Good (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
My initial recruiter screening was positive. I expressed interest in the Project Manager role, and the recruiter suggested I might also be a fit for the Business Architect position since both roles shared the same hiring manager.
During my first interview with the hiring manager, it appeared there was some confusion regarding which role I was being considered for. We discussed both positions, and the conversation was productive. The hiring manager ultimately felt the Project Manager role was the better fit but noted that the allotted 30 minutes was not enough time to fully assess my qualifications. She recommended an additional interview.
My second interview was a very different experience. The interviewer mentioned at the start of the call that she had another commitment immediately afterward and wanted to keep the conversation brief. The interview lasted approximately 15 minutes and felt rushed. Near the end, I was asked what questions I thought should have been asked that were not. I found this difficult to answer because I was unsure which areas of my background required further discussion.
After the interview process concluded, I did not receive any follow-up communication despite sending two emails requesting an update. While I understand that not every candidate moves forward, I would have appreciated a formal update regarding my candidacy.
Overall, I found the process somewhat disorganized and would have appreciated clearer communication and more engagement throughout the interview experience.

Question 1
is there something you think I should've asked you that I didn't?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cloud for Good (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. I had a screening call with her and then one video interview with another team member. We spoke for about 45 minutes, and I thought it went very well. I never heard from back. About 10 days after the call I wrote to inquire about status / next steps / whether I am still a candidate. Crickets. It wasn't far along enough in the process to really waste a lot of my time or create expectations but still rude, inconsiderate and bad form. A forward of some generic "we have decided to not pursue bla bla bla" email would have taken what, 4 seconds?
