Directly applied, set up a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter then failed to actually conduct the interview and passed me over to someone that not only had no idea what the role was and was very clearly only after how much I wanted to make, but barely spoke English. I was then passed over to yet another Recruiter a few days later who was actually able to speak to the role. Which was helpful. After this I was finally set to speak with the hiring manager who once we were on the phone only talked to me for about 5 minutes before deciding to bring me onsite.
I then had an in person interview, which was relatively easy.
They then went to offer, I countered because it would be a 15k pay cut and the recruitment team ghosted on me despite multiple follow ups.
