Interview
Spoke to a recruited that came to my campus. Phone interview first. Super easy. Ask a lot of questions pertaining to sales. I was told that they are looking for a 'people person'. It was simple in that they were really just trying to get to know me as a person.
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
