I was contacted by a third party recruiter and had an initial screening call. Afterwards, I had an additional two interviews. It was a typical interview process and lasted approximately two weeks.

Met with one interviewer who was very polite and outlined what projects the company currently has. I was asked to complete a 4 page paper job application before we started. (Perhaps this process can be revisited by management). I wasnt asked any technical questions so the interview was pretty easy. My advice, take the opportunity to sell yourself and provide any information you'd like the interviewer to know about your skillset.
