      Registration Project Manager Interview

      4 Feb 2022

      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CompuSystems (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2021

      Interview

I had applied for the Registration Project Manager position. Had a simple phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was kind, professional, and knew what they were talking about. The recruiter set me up to interview with the Director. We had a video call and it went well. We talked about projects relating to the work they do, and how to handle issues within the position etc. On the call, the Director told me that they would be making a decision late the following week (approx. 9 days after my interview). I sent an thank-you email and the Director replied saying that they weren't making their decision until a week after the Director had initially told me (approx. 16 days after my interview). So I followed up with the Director a week after her email and they replied, bumping the decision out yet again (approx. 20 days after my interview). I followed-up yet again and this time I got an auto-reply email saying that the Director was out of the office. I waited a few more days and followed-up one more time - I have yet to hear back from the Director after that email. I am writing this review 46 days after my interview with the Director, and it has been 31 days since I last heard from them. I hope that they found the person they were looking for because it's obvious that it wasn't me.
