ConocoPhillips Graduate Production Engineer interview questions

I applied online it took them like 3 months to respond , telephone interview general hr questions , got invited to assesment centre , had dinner with hr people and heads of production and reservoir departments. The assesment centre was one full day , group activities , , interview again with hr and production department heads , technical and competency questions , good , comfortable environment. Some field data case was given and in a group we had to make a presentation.
