There was only one on campus interview, with two interviewers. They were very accommodating to find an interview time that fit my busy schedule. The interview consisted of standard behavioral questions, no surprises.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ConocoPhillips (New York, NY)

I applied through LinkedIn, received a call from HR 2 weeks later to come in for an interview. It was around 45 mins of behavioural based questions/scenarios. HR personal and supervising engineerings were very nice and receptive.

I submitted my resume to ConocoPhillips through a career fair at our university, and received an interview for the company about a week later. The interview took about half an hour, and they asked questions typical of a behavioral interview. My interviewer was very friendly and kind.

To the point and not much process, It starts with online assesment. 1-2 weeks later they called to arrange an interview with user, After that you have to get Medical Check Up (without company's compensation), contract signing for 3 months intern
