I applied through university. I interviewed at ConocoPhillips (Stillwater, OK) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process was great, interviewer was very respectful as well as respectable. The only complaint I have is that I never received anything after the interview, not an email, phone call, or anything. The interview went very well but apparently the number of applicants overwhelmed their contact process. I would recommend sending a follow up email after the interview to improve your chances.

Question 1
What is an experience where you had to use teamwork to accomplish a complicated task?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ConocoPhillips (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview took place at the headoffice in Calgary AB and it involved 4 people: an HR rep, the technical supervisor for the role, a fellow engineer and a site personnel. The meeting was by a conference style table where I sat near the end and the interviewers sat around the table. I was given the option of having a glass of water with me during the interview. Note that the actual role that was later assigned to me was a field facility engineering position.
