I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Control Risks (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Straightforward, questions about previous experience, asked about strengths and weaknesses, and whether I was effective working solo or with a team. Interviewed with a couple of people, both whom were very friendly
Straightforward, pleasant. Generally quite cordial and even gave feedback at the end after requesting it. But they put a lot of ghost jobs on LinkedIn, so beware of that. Higher staff seem far too busy to engage it seems (at least based on the team I interacted with)

Question 1
About my practical knowledge and experience working with AI and tech
Three rounds of interviews and a writing test. The process was fairly quick with immediate feedback after each round. However, after the final interview, there was dead silence and when I reached out and they asked a few questions including notice period. No offer. When scheduling interviews, they didn't ask for my availability and instead just notified the schedule
