There were no interview questions, went straight to training after reviewing my resume. Hiring manager contacted me through email asking me to attend a webinar, from there I went straight to training. Easy and straight forward training and managers are always there to help. But there is no stable income. A lot of cold calling.

Interview
Two screening interview with the recruiter to discuss the company and my qualifications for the role. After getting in touch with a few past employees, I chose to drop the process since their description of the company and account differed from that given to me by the recruiter.
(I encourage all folks to do this, especially as companies ask for referrals themselves.)
In addition, the compensation offered was a small fraction of what would be the market rate for the types of qualifications they wanted. Months later, there still isn't a hire for the position.

Spoke with boss and sales overlay for an hour. Met with the team and immediately began working to generate more deal flow for the company and get established within existing accounts.
