Coplex interview questions

The interview process was open, relaxed, flexible and fairly straight forward. The great thing is that I was given the opportunity to really discuss my strengths and how they would relate to the role, and engage in a true conversation about the position. The process included three phone interviews with different people across the organization, as well as two face to face discussions. The process was a touch long, due to circumstances beyond our control, but I know that normally the process is quite quick. Extremely glad I went through the process - Coplex is an amazing company. The interview process with Coplex was the best I've experienced in my career. The level of communication from the Coplex team was incredible. This made it enjoyable, which is hard to say about an interview process. The process was intensive but I believe it allowed Coplex and I to really get to know one another and make sure it was a good fit going both ways. I am a big believer in hiring great talent but also making sure it is a cultural fit so I was happy going through all of the steps in the interview process to ensure our goals, values and cultural views were a good match. The process consisted of 5 steps but each one was well planned, well constructed and provided value for both sides.
