Cultural Awareness International GAC interview questions

Interview process was extremely unorganized, lack of communication. Met with manager and owner. Questioned why I had left a position off my resume that was over 10 years old but they saw it on an online profile. Repeated questions, my best guess is to see if answer would change which it didn't.
