The process was very easy and the interviewers were very knowledgeable about the role. the Interview was a panel style with lot of different leadership questions from team to HR.

Interview
Interviewed with two area managers and HR representative over the phone on teleconference. Basic questions and then questions to understand my leadership style and my experience. I was happy to hear the emphasis on Safety and Quality were the main focus.
