DDC interview questions

A few emails with HR to coordinate a Zoom call with the director and one in person interview with several supervisors and the director. The interview process took about a week to complete. HR followed up by phone with an offer, then emailed the offer letter for signature and provided a start date.

Phone interview - 30 minutes total. Interview conducted by HR Hiring Manager and Direct Supervisor. Questions were simple and straight-forward. Asked several questions related to salary requirement. Asked where I saw myself in several years down the road and why I believed I was a good fit for the role and the company.
