Overall I had 3 interviews and 2 exam one for tech skills and the other for english language. I applied as walk in. The first thing I did was the initial onterview and then the exam. After waiting 3 long hours I was interviewed again this time its a language assessment and then final interview. After that they congratulate me and said that I am already for JO and ask me to fill up in taleo.net and they ask me to wait for their call.
