Interview
All interviews and business case happen on the same day. Within the week you will get a call with an offer. Very efficient!
1. Business Case interview
took place in the big meeting room, with all other graduates. Solve business case and present it to the partners.
2. HR interview
3. Interview with one of the partners
After doing their game assessments, I got invited to their assessment centre day.
You get split into groups and each group rotates through 3 different assessments.
1: One-on-one interview
2: Group work exercise
3: A comprehension/analysis/synthesis report-type activity (individual)
Got a quick call to confirm the schedule of a Teams meeting.
The meeting was very short and concise as well which is great.
The interviewer was actually more interested in the projects I have done. It was a very chill interview with no behavioural questions. (Probably varies depending on what your resume says about your skills) Now waiting on confirmation for next stage.
