Decision Foundry interview questions

The interview process was quite extensive but highly valuable, consisting of five structured rounds. The second and third rounds focused on technical skills, testing both strategic thinking and platform expertise. The final round was a conversation with the CEO and HR, offering deep insight into the company’s vision and culture. Each stage challenged me in different ways—analytically, creatively, and personally—making the entire experience incredibly rewarding and growth-oriented. The feedback throughout was constructive, and I appreciated the transparency and professionalism of the process. It ultimately reinforced my excitement about the role and the team behind it.

Had open discussion with CEO and Marketing Manager. Both pleasant and helpful. Really excited about working there, with such amazing people. Lots of different pieces to work on with really interesting subject matter.
