I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Austin, TX) in Jul 2010
Interview
Simple phone screen and then called over for onsite interview. Interview consisted of just three people individually talking to me - manager, her boss and a potential peer. Nobody from the business side was called given this position had a fair amount of interaction. The company's IT department is being asked to work remote and their image from what I gathered had taken a beating of late.
