I applied online. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I found out about this position through a posting online and was particularly interested in it because it was based in France. The online application was slightly confusing and ended up submitting my application before I actually finished. I tried to reach out to the Montpellier office (which was where I applied) but it was almost invisible. What's worse is that they when I looked up the same position in the USA, the responsibilities were more technical and refined vs the france one which seemed like any jane doe with some computer skills could do.

Interview
3 sessions. Very technical on VxRail hardware, done remote and over phone, multi line type. Several other engineers and TAMs on the line as well. About 45mins long after introducing everyone. I believe that is all
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX)
Interview
Initially I was contacted by H.R. for a general review of my qualifications and explanation of the position and general benefits. The next step consisted of a technical interview with a person performing the same job being applied for, finally a on-site interview with several team leads and a senior manager.
