- If one manager was not able to be a part of the panel then you may have to do a 3rd interview with that person since they require all management approval before providing an offer.
Just wished they followed up with the interviewee quicker since other opportunities are pending as well.

Interview
I had eight formal interviews and two informal. The technical questions were too easy. They were so easy I figured the person doing the interview didn't understand what she was asking.
