Interview
I was interviewed by three managers in the department. They asked the standard Dell questions such as - Tell me about a time when you voiced an opinion that you knew you would face opposition to.
The panel was courteous, nice and answered all my questions in a fairly good amount of detail. Overall, they treated me well and I enjoyed my interview experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time in which you disagreed with management.
Phone interview with recruiter. In person interview with hiring manager with data analysis review required. General conversation during the on-site interview and decision made within a few weeks. Hardest part is getting application seen by HR.

I got through a university alum, handed in CV+cover letter, etc. Then the operations team manager directly called to talk about my interests in operations and logistics for the internship.

The interview was a panel style with two interviewers; The interview lasted about 45 minutes. The questions were behavioral and situtational questions.
