I applied though my campus recruiting session in my college. Got a call from the company after 3 weeks. After that I received a phone call from a member of HR department and then had a face to face interview with my project head

Question 1
received an email from the manager who asked me to contact me the next day to a telephone conversation which lasted 40 minutes when most was the explanation of the contents of work, and then we met face to face to know the skills and personalities English is also required in the work we communicated in English to show the ability to communicate in English
On campus interview via career fair, mostly behavioral interview. Interviewer was professional and personable. Technical questions were to be expected in Finance and accounting roles and not too challenging. Provided feedback upon interview as well.

Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds of interviews. Both of the rounds were mostly behavioral questions. They place a strong emphasis on the "Why Dell?" question so make sure to prepare for that.
