1 phone screen, 1 on-site interview, 1 follow-up phone interview. The on site interview was three panels, consisting of two persons at a time (one on the phone from a remote location).

three rounds of interviews out of which two were technical, The technical rounds were quite in-depth, and will really measured the knowledge of the candidate For an individual familiar with the platform, it was not too overwhelming.

Panel interview that happened over the course of three days. Each candidate seems to have had a different experience. No standard operating procedures for small team and contractor interviews. I began as a contractor as it tends to be a good route to getting an interview for higher-level jobs.
