the hiring process is ok and it is used to hire people. i went for business analyst job where the pay package was ok and i was fine with it. though i did not prepare much for the interview i could do well as few questions were technichal and most were hr questions. Overall the process was smooth and interesting with many people to help.

The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
