Interview
It is a long process, please don't think that it will take any less than 3 weeks from initial interview to offer. The phone interview was standard, the panel can be challenging depending on what practice you will join. It will be based on case studies and ability to process data if you are early in your career and more substantive if you are a Senior Practitioner.
