Interview
One of the managers called me by phone to schedule an in person interview for the following week. The complete process took about 2 weeks. Because I was referred by an employer, I only got one interview. Normally there are two rounds of interviews. Depending on the department, there are exams for a full time positions.

What strategy would you recommend to fix the refugee problem around the world?
It was straight forward and super technical with two seniors (manager level and above), accounting based questions, valuation, corporate finance.
Be over prepared for tricky question on valuations (DCF..) on discount rate (waac or equity cost) as well FCF, and FCFE.
