Interview
I got a phone call two weeks after applying online. They checked my background and afterwards invited me to a business case the next week.
Business case was in groups of 5, we had to innovate and find new ideas to increase an airline company's image. After that, we had to present our solution to the HR, roleplaying as CEO's. In the afternoon, I received an email saying I was positively assessed.
I called them back a week later to schedule my interviews. Next date took place a week after that phone call. First basic HR interview (30 min), followed by a manager interview (45 min), more focused about the job itself to see if there's a match with my profile. I got a positive feedback around three days later.
Last interview was with the Partner, it was a calm and interesting discussion, where the Partner checked my motivations for the job and working at Deloitte. I also had the chance to ask him a few questions that I had in mind.
Three weeks after that interview I got a positive feedback and an offer.
