Interview
Phone interview with HR, then an person interview, with manager and HR (personality assesment). Ultimately was offered a position but didn't take it (had competing offers). Very friendly and collegial interaction overall, and clear curiosity for why you would want to work there (as a non Belgian).

The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
