First the HR contacted me to go over with the company details and about my expectation towards Deloitte. Checked the high-level experience and background about me and work authorizations. Scheduled a second round with a practitioner.
The second round with Practitioner (Senior Manager Level) - difficulty was average. At a high-level on the QA process and project experience. Questions were pertaining to the QA strategy and behavioral in nature.
After passing the second round, they invited me to appear in-person at the New York Center office. Three rounds of interview were scheduled for me.
first case study round with a Senior Manager Level personal. Provided with a business case (technology related). I was little tensed and he kept me cool. (Thanks). Questions pertaining to the QA strategy from TCOE standpoint and behavioral but in depth in nature. Provided a situation on how the overall QA process can be planned and how would I react for a particular situation.
Next round was another case interview round. Provided with a technology case and questions were pertaining to QA TCOE standpoint. To explain about the setting up of QA team and its hierarchy, types of testing, scenarios involved in testing. I was from healthcare background and the interviewer was also from the same domain. So question pertaining to claims adjudication and others. All from testing strategic stand-point.
The Last round is with the Director. The questions were related to in-depth of QA testing process and behavioral in nature.
I was using the white board in all the in-person interviews. I would recommend the same.
In that way the explanation can be synthesized well and strategy can be depicted in clear picture.
