I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Washington, DC) in Jan 2015
Interview
On campus interviews. First round of two 1 on 1 30 minute interviews, one behavioral and one case based. Case interviewer is more concerned with your questions than answers. The behavioral interviewer largely seemed uninterested, told me he hated the company script. Definitely seems like women and minorities have the advantage, Deloitte is all about employee diversity.

Interview
I submitted my application 3 months before I got a call for a case interview. The interviewers were quite relaxed and the case study was not that complex simple but tricky hypothesis. It took around one and a half hours including the introductory, recommendations and conclusion remarks.
