Sehr formelles Interview mit Struktur. Vorstellungsrunde mit Informationen zum Team, dann kurze Eigenvorstellung. Anschliessend ein paar Brain teaser sowie fachliche Fragen. Am Ende Klärung der Erwartungen an Kultur sowie Gehalt und Klärung von Fragen.

Round 2 with Senior Manager : Deep Dive case and profile
Round 3 with MD : Fit Check
I was at the BCF, the whole interview was in Japanese. Very standard behavioral questions. Even though I was late for 5 minutes, the staff and the interviewer were still very kind and friendly.

Interview
Primo colloquio online con HR. Secondo e ultimo colloquio sempre online con senior manager. A metà colloquio è entrato anche un altro manager. Il colloquio é iniziato con la prentazione del manager: dai suoi percorsi formativi alle sue esperienze lavorative. Dopo una mia breve presentazione, abbiamo analizzato ogni singolo punto e parola del CV. Passati poi alla parte tecnica analizzando un caso.
