Deloitte India came for 6-7 practice areas in our college. First round (Online)was common to all but we were asked to select 2 preferences while filling the form. First Round was Online Assessment which included 50 questions to be solved in 60 mins. There were 3 sections with respective session time limit. Quants & logical - 20 que in 25 min Verbal - 10 que in 10 min Computer fundamentals - 20 que in 25 min (Further rounds were said to be offline but due to some reasons, it was taken online) Deloitte then released practice area wise shortlisted students for further process. My 1st preferences was ADMM and I got that for further process. Now on, it will be ADMM specific. Second Round was Group Discussion(GD) in which 34 students were divided into 3 cohorts. The topic for all was same and related to EV automobile company whose sales is quite good but post sales experience and lack of digitalization is worst,due to which,there is lack of satisfaction to customers. We discussed it for 15 mins and then we were asked 1 question each. After GD, 19 people received mail for 2nd round. In 3rd round, interview was taken by a Director at Deloitte, the interview was quite chill. Topics were: Introduce yourself, Your thoughts on Gen AI, What is Gen AI and its use cases in real time industry, Projects , Internships, 3 Important factors to create an AI model, Data Cleaning (Interview was in a flow as the following questions were mostly on what I answered to current questions). It was easy if you know what you have done and written in resume. After few hours, we received a mail which had 16 names and were asked to join together in a meet and wait. Randomly, 3 people were taken in and interviewer was Partner at Deloitte. Impromptu HR questions were asked about easy and hard subject, most challenging project, what's the worst thing you heard about Deloitte, then some corporate scenarios were given to see how you will react and handle. Revenue of deloitte was last question and then we were asked to leave. After a day or two, our college sent the list of selected students in ADMM. 12 students were selected.
