The interview process at Deloitte Japan began with an online application and aptitude test, followed by two interview rounds—one technical and one behavioral—and concluded with a final discussion with HR and a partner.

Question 1
“Can you tell us about a time you had to manage deadlines or handle multiple tasks at once?”
Common motivation questions. Why are you applying for this role? Why this particular company? Talk about previous work experience. Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How will you benefit the team?
First, the interviewer will ask us to introduce ourselves. Then ask what I know about the company. Why do I want to work here. What are my target in future 5 or 10 years
Two parts process online that tested background and responses to situational scenarios; once I had successfully completed that, it was then followed by a one to one video interview with a representative from the hiring department
