Job applying had 3 stages. First I needed to fill out the form on their website with detailed description of my professional experience and provided answers to questions like whether I’m comfortable presenting in English in front of audience. After submitting, I received an email inviting me to the first interview with the HR manager. Second interview was the last with the Director of Operations&Innovation. It was the one I failed;)
