Informal. Phone call for setting up, it was in person. HR, hiring manager involved. About hour long interview. No call back. Felt pretty informal but HR was rude and off putting.

Very laid back interview and hiring process. They essentially want to know that you are motivated and a good person that will fit in with the company philosophy and values.
