I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dixie Iron Works (Scott, LA) in Feb 2025
Interview
I had the opportunity to conduct an in-person interview with the owner of the company, and I found the experience to be quite enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which helped to ease any nerves I might have had. The owner was approachable and open, creating a relaxed environment that encouraged a candid conversation.
Was a group interview and very friendly they asked more engineering based questions. They also give a tour and ask questions related to any projects or experience you may have.
