Stages included an initial HR phone call, a short writing task, and a 60 minute virtual interview with the hiring managers.
The team was friendly throughout and my final interview was thoroughly enjoyable; flowed more like a conversation. Challenging but thought-provoking questions, didn't feel too mechanical which was good.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you worked as part of a team.
Positive, professionaly delivered and with two rounds. Good interaction and communciation, interviews of 30 minute legnth each with increasing seniority. no written tests conducted. Questions were broadly generic, not IR focussed and with a good emphaiisi on other skills.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dragonfly in Jan 2023
Interview
I first had an interview with the HR rep. I sent a note after the initial call, which was responded to with "thanks so much for your time" and a "I'll reach out to you very soon." I never heard from them again. I followed up three weeks later, and I received no response. The company was just acquired by Fiscal Note, but this does not mean you should ghost people. Additionally, I thought that the HR specialist was unprofessional. When I asked about negotiating salary, she said "people don't work in this job to make money." It appeared to be a sad excuse to underpay people. The salary was 3-5K less than other companies I was interviewing at that were the same type of company and I would be performing a similar role.
