Interview
There were video interviews right after applying. The interview was on compass groups website and had unlimited tries on each question (similar to hirevue). The interview consist of different questions but mostly behavioral. After a few months, I got an email from current developer where I scheduled the second round interview with the same developer and an engineer on Microsoft teams. The interview lasted 30 minutes, which was shorter than I expected and was mostly a conversation about my projects. Around 3 weeks later, I got an offer.

Interview
Very communicative, timely in answering questions, formal yet the interviewers had a fun time speaking with the candidates and really wanted to get to know them. Overall, this was the most positive interview experience I have had thus far.

Describe a project or task that you have worked on in the recent future that challenged you and how did you work through it?
Made it flexible and easy to interview via video. Recorded responses to set questions, sent through the video. Next step were in person interviews if you were local enough and if they liked you. I didn’t get past the video interviews.
