EFG Companies interview questions

Hiring process is questionable at best. Interviewed in January 2019. Was brought in to interview and hiring manager cancelled 30 minutes beforehand but I met with one of the accounting counterparts. Against better judgement I went back for a second round to meet with Kimberly. Was brought back for a third round at which point I was to meet with 7 people. No problem, expect that to be the case on any manager role. At the end of the interviews, I was brought in to meet with the rest of the finance group and told to expect an offer the following week. No call, no text, no email.. no feedback. Completely unprofessional. Would definitely reconsider interviewing with this company.

Over the phone. Not very personal Looking for computer experience. They kept on dragging the process out. It took them 6 months to finally decide to offer the position.
