The interview was quite smooth for me. HR Kate contacted me and offered to meet via Zoom on the same day. The meeting lasted about 30 minutes. Kate told me info about EGO and asked about my experience and the projects I have worked with. During the meeting, I clarified all points that I was interested in. Then Kate suggested doing a test task, and after its successful completion, I received an offer. The whole hiring process was polite and relaxed, so I decided to accept the offer!
