I was interviewed for the position of Project Manager.
The interview went well at all stages. Separately, I would like to praise the work of a HR specialist.

The interview process took place in 3 stages:
1) Call with HR for 20 min;
2) Performing a test task for 2-3 days;
3) Interview with QA Lead and HR for 1 hour.
I liked the interview with QA Lead and HR very much because it was held in the form of a dialogue.

Interview
The interview was quite smooth for me.
HR Kate contacted me and offered to meet via Zoom on the same day.
The meeting lasted about 30 minutes.
Kate told me info about EGO and asked about my experience and the projects I have worked with.
During the meeting, I clarified all points that I was interested in.
Then Kate suggested doing a test task, and after its successful completion, I received an offer.
The whole hiring process was polite and relaxed, so I decided to accept the offer!
