I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EIT Health (Paris) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process was smooth, friendly, and highly professional. From the very first conversation, I felt truly listened to, which created a comfortable and trusting atmosphere. The team was also very responsive, making each step clear and efficient.
Rather than feeling like a traditional question-and-answer session, the interview turned into a genuine exchange. it felt like a balanced conversation where both sides could understand each other, share perspectives, and connect on a human level. This made the whole experience positive, engaging, and reassuring for any woman going through the recruitment process.

I applied online. I interviewed at EIT Health (Munich, Bavaria) in Feb 2020
Interview
It was a 2-step process : 1- step: a quick call with my line manager who was looking to find out whether I would be a good fit for the position on a personal level 2-step: a study case which was shared with me 2 weeks in advance. I had to prepare a presentation and show up on-site to present my slides. That took around 30 min, whereas the next 30 min were mainly focused on how I would be contributing to the company.
