I have received a feedback from them almost 3 (!) months after I applied. I had a quick talk with HR staff member and was told they have interest in me and want to invite me on the face-to-face interview, but need some time first. I waited 3 weeks before I gave up and contacted them myself. Interestingly enough, we have arranged a telephone interview right away. After a telephone interview I was told I will have another round, but with a partner. Even though I was told that they will get in touch with me during a week after this interview, I didn't receive neither an offer nor a decline. I waited around 3 weeks and called them again and was told that the interview went successfully and I am called for the next round of interview (seriously?). When I got there, I saw 2 (!) partners, who asked me all the same questions again and again. Even though I thought it was already a formal thing and they will make me an offer right there, I was told that in a couple of days I will receive a feedback from them (again). I had to make a quick decision and wanted at least hear a response from ERM. But after couple of attempts to reach them via email of phone, I gave up and accepted another offer. Summary: 4 interview rounds for a junior (!) position, with 2 interviews with partners (I wonder how is it that partners have so much free time that they spend more than 3 hours in total to talk to a bottom level applicant?); literally every step forward and appointment was initiated by me; >4,5 months in total. After understanding what a mess is going on in the company and seeing the list of salaries posted here, I feel happy I accepted another offer.

The interview turned out to be a bit awkward, as I was not familiar with the processes of the consultant role (I want to highlight it was a junior position), and I was asking questions about the role. They may have resulted in never being notified back.
