I got screened and then scheduled into a formal interview where they only left 5 minutes for my questions. Standard types of questions with a few about culture. There was not a case study question at the end.

Interview
There was an initial phone screening where basic technical skills are assessed (based on the position you are applying for). The in person interview was with two individuals with diverse backgrounds and lasts about an hour. It is a formal process, with four different sections with questions leading up to a final case study-type question (typically related to your field i.e., health care, technology, etc.). Most questions were based on behavior or culture.
