Interview
Interview as result of referral from board member. Was made to wait long before the actual interview, despite company had set a fixed time. Long interview that was interrupted a couple of times as interviewer was requested to attend some other matters. The presented prospects sounded interesting and challanging. Once the interview was over, the rest of the process happened rather quickly actually.
